Dr Raymond Khong

May is a professional concert pianist. She is a highly regarded piano teacher and examiner, with regular engagements around Australia and Asia for examining students. She is the head of keyboard and strings at Donvale Christian College and the official pianist for the Melbourne Womens Choir, who she has toured Europe with. She is also a sought-after arranger and composer

Dr Raymond has been a dentist since 1995 and runs his own clinic in Diamond Creek. He has recently also achieved his Fellowship in Music and is a regular stage performer. An alumnus of the Victoria State Opera and Opera Australia, Raymond has preferred to perform as a freelance artist and has since toured the country several times with his brand of humour driven popera which interestingly is a cross over of pop and opera music. In recent times Raymond has been invited to perform in several TV ads and has appeared on the Binge TV show Love Me with Hugo Weaving. He also has a Masters Degree in Health and Medical Law and was awarded a Pierre Fauchard Academy Fellowship and The International College of Dentists Fellowship year for his services to international volunteer dental work, particularly in Peru where he helped setup a charity dental clinic in the Andean village of Pampachiri. He has led teams also to Cambodia and Nepal, and his current volunteer project is in the Solomon Islands.

Raymond and May have both recorded two albums together and have a number of individual recordings. Their next performance together will be in Dec 16th as then headline act for the Warrandyte Carols by Candelight, something they have led for over twenty years now.
