Adj Assoc. Prof Ben Keith 
Adj Assoc. Prof Keith is the manager in the Clinical Input Service at Ahpra and a specialist policy advisor to the Dental Board of Australia. Ben has worked with Ahpra since 2013 and previously was a professional member at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. From 2007 to 2013 Ben was the Clinical Director of Dentistry and Oral Health at La Trobe University, establishing Australia’s first rural dental and oral health school. Ben was Chair of the Continuing Professional Development Committee for eight years at the Australian Dental Association (Victorian Branch). Ben held a number of roles with ADA Committees in the Federal and Victorian branches as well as being a Council member of the Victorian Branch.
Kellie Dell’Oro | Principal 
Dell’Oro has more than 30 years of expertise in health law, representing healthcare providers across a broad spectrum of matters including litigated and non-litigated claims, disciplinary complaints, prosecutions, employment investigations, health fund audits, and coronial inquests. For many years, Kellie has partnered with the Australian Dental Association and leading dental insurers to provide trusted advice and support to dentists. Her experience also extends to acting for public and private hospitals in Victoria as well as representing medical practitioners and all allied health practitioners.
Beyond her dedicated client work, Kellie is a passionate advocate for education and industry improvement. She is the co-author of several risk management products and training programs, blending deep legal knowledge with a commitment to helping others. Kellie actively contributes to professional risk committees, including the Australian Dental Association, is a regular contributor to their industry publications, and regularly presents at health forums.
Kellie’s expertise has been consistently recognised in Best Lawyers Australia as a leading lawyer in Insurance Law since 2017 and in Medical Negligence since 2019. In the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers, Kellie was honoured as Lawyer of the Year, by her peers, for her work in Medical Negligence in Melbourne.
