Sarah Chmait has been a first aid trainer for the past five years and a nurse for 15 years. Throughout her nursing experience, she has seen the devastation caused by delaying treatment to a victim before they arrive at a hospital. A first responder can make the difference between life, death and permanent disabilities. 
Her passion is to provide everybody with the skills and knowledge to potentially save a life. She believes the most important education you can gain is from a First Aid course.
