Understanding management liability insurance

In today's complex and litigious business landscape, management liability insurance is essential for companies and leaders.

Management liability insurance is designed to protect directors, officers, managers and the company itself from a broad spectrum of risks stemming from management activities. The legal landscape is evolving - and company directors and officers can be held personally liable for their actions. In this webinar we’ll explore the key coverage of management liability insurance, run through some claims examples and invite participants to ask questions.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • understand the fundamentals of management liability insurance and key inclusions of a policy
  • recognise factors that influence coverage and premiums
  • have questions regarding management liability insurance in Australia answered.
