Dr Toni Surace
Dr Toni Surace graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1995 and is an international presenter, high performance coach, trainer and author. Dr Surace is the managing director of Momentum Management, where she works with dentists across Australia helping them become more efficient, more organised and to improve their communication with patients and teams. She also teaches leadership and confidence. Dr Surace has a background in positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neurolinguistic programming. She uses her skills to help dentists become more resilient, handle stress, and achieve a good balance of work and life. Toni is a huge advocate of mental health in the dental profession. After suffering from her own personal battles with mental health, she is very open to discussing coping mechanisms, and raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of mental health disease.
Mr Michael Waycott
Mr Waycott has provided specialist accounting and financial advice to the medical profession since 1998. Holding a Bachelor of Business degree and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), he is also a member of the National Institute of Accountants. Mr Waycott regularly speaks on financial matters with RACS (Royal Australian College of Surgeons) and other medical associations around Australia.
Mr Ricky Caldow
Starting out in private practice, Mr Caldow has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Finance Broking, he is well qualified to provide financial advice to his young doctor and dentist clientele. Mr Caldow has also completed the education requirements set out by the Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA). FASEA was established by the Federal Government in 2017 to set the education, training and ethical standards of licensed financial advisers in Australia.
Mr Mark Fitzgerald
More than 30 years’ experience as a commercial and corporate lawyer in Perth and Melbourne has shaped Mr Fitzgerald's pragmatic and solutions-driven approach to practice. Since establishing his firm’s Melbourne office in 2006, he has advised clients on major technology projects, innovative and greenfield business models, acquisitions, divestments and commercial partnerships and relationships. Mr Fitzgerald's background also includes extensive experience in banking and finance, having acted for major Australian banks and financial institutions.
Always working to find new ways to make positive contributions to clients’ businesses, he has completed Chartered Secretaries Australia’s Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Mr Fitzgerald enjoys working closely with clients to understand their businesses and applying his knowledge to help clients achieve their objectives.
Mr Fitzgerald has been recognised in the Best Lawyers Australia for his expertise in commercial law since 2021.

Ms Ursula Coetzee
Ursula Coetzee is a results orientated and dedicated financial specialist with over 17 years' banking experience.
