Dr Toni Surace 
Dr Toni Surace graduated from Melbourne University in 1995 and is an international presenter, high performance coach, trainer and author. Toni is the Managing Director of Momentum Management where she works with dentists across Australia helping them become more efficient, more organised, improve their communication with patients and their teams as well as teaches leadership and confidence. Toni has a background of positive psychology and emotional intelligence combined with neurolinguistic programming and uses her skills to help dentists become more resilient, handle stress and achieve a good balance of work and life.
Toni is a huge advocate of mental health in the dental profession. After suffering from her own personal battles with mental health she is very open to discuss coping mechanisms and to also bring awareness to the signs and symptoms of mental health disease.
Julie Parker 
Julie Parker has worked in the dental industry for 33 years as a dental assistant, patient facilitator and receptionist. In 2003, Julie became the first non-dentist to own a dental practice in Australia and operated this practice for ten successful years. Since Julie sold her practice, she has been assisting dental practice owners and their teams to achieve greater successful through her consulting and coaching programs.

Stephanie Cassidy 
Co-founder of Productivity Matters, Occupational Therapist, Ergonomist, Accredited Small Business OHS Advisor with WorkSafe, Stephanie specialises in the prevention of injury and enhancing wellness in workplaces. Stephanie’s passion lies in assisting Australian work places to maintain their maximum productivity. An Occupational Therapist and Ergonomist, Stephanie has 21 years’ experience in assisting workers to return to full and productive work after injury, including dentists, technicians, hygienists and support staff. She has also been integral in implementing injury prevention and safety systems, empowering and upskilling organisations and saving them valuable time and money.
