Adele Granata
Adele is a highly experienced Workplace Relations Consultant who works with the ADA HR Advisory Service. Adele has demonstrated exceptional experience in providing specialist employment relations advice and service to industry associations and clients.
Adele’s work regularly involves assisting members and clients with the case management of a broad range of workplace relations matters including high-risk employment terminations, restructure and redundancy, and managing ill or injured workers. Adele is also experienced in undertaking compliance audits, providing advice on modern award interpretation and compliance, and providing employment relations training.
Sharon McMillan
Sharon McMillan is a former economics and business management teacher, and has a Masters of Education Degree in Curriculum Development and a Diploma of Quality Auditing. She has worked as a Practice Manager for the past 18 years in an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice based on the Mornington Peninsula, where she is responsible for establishing the administrative processes, and for monitoring its growth and development. Sharon has assisted many ADAVB member practices become accredited, and regularly presents to members at workshops and dental group meetings.
