Dr Katy Theodore
Dr Katy Theodore (aka KT) was born in Canada and immigrated to Tasmania with part of her family at age 10, and decided she wanted to be a dentist at age 15.
KT went straight from high school in Tasmania to university in Adelaide. In the 12 years since graduating, KT has worked in both the public and private sectors, in metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote settings, enjoyed academic and clinical teaching, and now predominantly focuses on policy, advocacy, research and health promotion at the Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch.
Outside of work, KT enjoys swimming, cycling, colourful crafts, superhero movies, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
