2. That the Audited Financials for 2025-26 be adopted.
3. That Nexia Sydney Audit Pty Limited be appointed as Branch Auditors for 2026-27.

Recommendations:

1. That the amendments to the Rules 6(4) and (5), Rule 43(1) and 45(1)e in the following pages be adopted.
