Benevolent Fund Advisory Committee
The Benevolent Fund Advisory Committee was established to render advice, and at times financial assistance, in cases of hardship to any member, former member, or family or dependants of a deceased member of the Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch (ADAVB).
The Fund is an essential aspect of the ADAVB’s care of its members. It also funds the member assistance program.
The Fund is built up by voluntary donations and administered by a Committee consisting of five senior colleagues who deal confidentially with information from anyone who may become aware of deserving circumstances.
The current Benevolent Fund Advisory Committee consists of:
- Dr John Matthews AM (Chair)
- Dr Ann Goodrich
- Dr Greg Tilley
The ADAVB Immediate Past President and a Councillor appointed by the Branch Council also serve on the board as ex-officio members.
