Express your interest in volunteering with the Recent Graduates and Students Committee

Are you ready to develop new skills and enhance your dental career? Express your interest in volunteering with the ADAVB’s Recent Graduates and Students Committee today!

The Recent Graduates and Students Committee (RGSC) supports the Branch Council by advising on issues affecting recent graduates and students, promoting their participation in Branch activities, and assisting with membership recruitment and retention. It helps integrate new graduates into the dental profession, maintains contact with undergraduates and provides advice on any additional matters referred by the Branch Council.

The RGSC is the ADAVB's reference point for the planning of activities for students and recent graduates, giving early career dentists the support needed to excel.

Expand your Professional Skillset and Networks

Your involvement is essential in driving the success and growth of our association. As a recent graduate, this is a great time to build your network, develop new skills and gain insight into the profession beyond clinical practice.

You will have the opportunity to:

Expand your professional network: Connect with fellow dental professionals from all stages of their careers
Develop new skills: Gain valuable experience in leadership, governance and advocacy
Influence decision-making: Play a role in shaping the policies and initiatives of the ADAVB
Give back to the community: Contribute to the dental community and make a positive impact.

To express your interest, please fill in the EOI form. If you need assistance completing the form or if you have any questions, please contact the ADAVB office on 03 8825 4600 or email [email protected].

Please Note: If successfully appointed to the RGSC, your term will run until end of June 2027.
