Mentoring Program is now open
The ADAVB Mentoring Program is back for 2022/23 and available exclusively to first year graduate members.
First year graduates (mentees) are paired with experienced dentists (mentors) who can provide guidance and advice to support professional and personal development. This year's Mentoring Program will commence in September 2022 and applications are now open. We have emailed members explaining how to apply and the benefits of being mentored or sharing your experience as a mentor. All applicants will be advised of the outcomes in late August 2022. This program is supported by Guild Insurance and facilitated by Associate Professor Nicola Kilpatrick, a paediatric dentist and certified leadership coach and mentor.
